John FitzAlan, 13th Earl of Arundel (1385-1421) was an English nobleman.
He was the son of John FitzAlan, 2nd Baron Arundel, and Elizabeth le Despenser, and became Baron Arundel on his father's death in 1391 and Baron Maltravers on his grandmother's death in 1405.
The dispute was not settled during their lifetimes, and John was subsequently summoned to Parliament as Baron Maltravers, not Earl of Arundel.

As a young man FitzAlan fought for the English in France, where he distinguished himself at the siege of Compiegne, and earned the favor of the English regent, John, Duke of Bedford.
FitzAlan was made captain of Rouen in February, where on the night of March 3 he was surprised in his bed by French soldiers who had been let into the city by treachery.

Arundel passed to the Earl of Kent, 6th son of Edward I, but he was also beheaded when the castle was returned to the Fitzalans 4 years later.
