John: Well, the two guys in the band sacked Younger and Thorne saying that they were incompetent and they didn’t know what they were doing, and they went off and mixed it and apparently it’s the greatest recording of vocals and drums ever made.
John: Well, I’ll tell you, the history of that was that I had this sort of golden period where everything worked and everything sold and by the time we get into that period I was doing my own distribution.

This gives John the opportunity to spit out dozens of guesses and the guest will only comment on the one which is right, making him look like he's actually communicating with a spirit.
What separates John from other cold readers, is that John works with a sizable audience (the Gallery) and when his readings go like the above, as happens far too often, he will just say that he's picking up the "energies" of two different or distinct families which is suppose to explain away wrong guesses.
Enough wrong guesses or if the guest isn't cooperating, he will just claim the "energy" is pulling back and then move on to someone else he hopes this time will be more volunteering of information.

I guess, you are aware of the public ones.
I guess, he wants to tell us more detailed, as I could do now, and we have to wait for his answer, I fear.
Maybe he read "The Era" and I guess, John Turner would know this, or he found something in the New York Clipper, but I do not think, that he subscribed this magazine.

Russ St John was the drummer in my blues band and had similar jazz aspirations to mine, so we started the Penguin Jazz Quartet with Bassist Sumit Das and Pianist Bill Walker.
I should also say that John stowell is a really sweet guy and an encyclopedia of theory.
I guess John Abercrombie was a biggie, I loved the two records he did with Richie Bierach...and I forget who else was on those, but I really loved the mood of those two Quartet ones he did.

Music: Sheryl Crow, I'm a big fan of hers, and Shania Twain big fan of hers too.
Hero: Real heroes, well I guess John Glenn he was the first real hero of my generation, but movie heroes it's got to be the Duke.
Music: Right now it's One Hot Mama, but my long term favorite is Love Sick Blue used to sing Josh to sleep with that one each night.
