Williams became interested in genealogical research in 1822 and assisted in preparing a life of Eunice Williams, and it is probable that his taste for investigation of historical subjects, with the knowledge of the doubtfulness of his parentage, created in his mind a sincere adherence to his singular delusion.
Williams taught at Bradford while studying theology, was licensed to preach in 1763, and was pastor of the church in Bradford in 1765-'80.

 Henry Williams
Henry Williams, of Revolutionary fame was the son of John and Mary Williams, who emigrated from Chester County, Pa., to Frederick County about the year 1753, and settled in the valley of Flat Run on land which, in 1812, he would formally name Fort Henry.
William Patterson, one of Capt. Williams' earliest and warmest friends, used to relate that Henry’s first wife often repaired to an old graveyard in Pennsylvania to visit the graves of her parents and strew flowers over them.
Williams frequently filled the position of a member of the Levy Court and county magistrate, and at the time of his death, in 1821, was a justice of the peace.

In this respect, Section 4 is devoted to analyse the contents of Williams' proposal and to reconstruct his main criticisms of the two official plans presented by John Maynard Keynes and Harry Dexter White.

Williams is producing "Phreex" with Phil Hay and Matt Manfredi, who have worked with the "Shrek 2" and "Shrek" producer in a writing capacity on several projects, including "The Tuxedo" and the upcoming "Valiant," which the Walt Disney Co. will release in August.
The duo is making their producing debut with "Phreex" and played an integral role in bringing Corman and Ord together with Williams.
