  John P. Jumper - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
General John P. Jumper is a United States Air Force officer who served as Chief of Staff of the United States Air Force from September 6, 2001 to September 2, 2005.
On May 19 2006, ABC News reported that the FBI was investigating General Jumper's involvement with an inflated maintenance contract for the Air Force's Thunderbirds demonstration team that was given to Hap Hornburg, a friend of Jumper's.
General Jumper has also served at the Pentagon as Deputy Chief of Staff for Air and Space Operations, as the Senior Military Assistant to two secretaries of defense, and as Special Assistant to the Chief of Staff for Roles and Missions.

Chief John Jumper (Hemha Micco) of the Seminole Nation was born circa 1820 in Florida.
Jumper represented the Southern Seminole at the Fort Smith Council of 1865 (the United States recognized the loyal John Chupko as the principal Seminole leader).
Jumper was elected chief of a united Seminole Nation in 1882 and was succeeded by his son-in-law, John F. Brown, in 1885.

Unless your jumper cables are made from welding cable (as mine are), one cannot supply cranking amperage through jumpers.
The fact is, these cig lighter jumper sets work most of the time - all the time if you have patience to give it enough time to work.
My 25 ft long jumpers made from 00 gauge welding cable and NAPA 300 amp clamps don't get the least bit warm while cranking another engine - even if the battery is missing from the recipient car.

John Horse, known as Gopher John or John Caballo (probably Juan Caballo) in Texas and Mexico, was the fl Seminole chief, a freedman of African, Indian, and Spanish ancestry who also served as Wild Cat’s interpreter.
The Seminoles, under the leadership of Chief John Jumper, moved to their new nation and established a community known as the Green Head Prairie.
Jumper soon resigned as Chief, for he felt a need to spend his time in church work at Spring Baptist Church, which he had also organized.

Gen. John P. Jumper is Chief of Staff of the U.S. Air Force, Washington, D.C. As Chief, he serves as the senior uniformed Air Force officer responsible for the organization, training and equipage of 710,000 active-duty, Guard, Reserve and civilian forces serving in the United States and overseas.

I was told she was john jumper's daughter but i think she was Samuel Jumper's.
Daughter Sissy Marks age 13 from previous husband John Marks, listed as "non" meaning not Seminole or Creek and living during enrollment.
The only other "Jumper' Listed in the Seminole rolls is a Lizzie Jumper.
