John Kinder Labatt (1803 – 26 October 1866) was an Irish-Canadian brewer, and the founder of the Labatt Brewing Company.
Born in County Laoighis, Ireland, Labatt immigrated to Canada in the 1830s and initially established himself as a farmer near London, Upper Canada.
Upon his death his son John Labatt purchased the brewery, which grew eventually to one of the largest in Canada.

Labatt was born in Westminster Township, near London, Ontario, Upper Canada, and was the third son of John Kinder Labatt who came from Ireland and was the founder of the Labatt Brewing Company.
Following his death, the company was controlled by a trust operated by his nine children, although his sons John Sackville Labatt and Hugh Francis Labatt assumed managerial control.

After 13 years Labatt sold his farm and invested as a partner in a small London brewery near the forks of the Thames River.
