Cully was born on February 11, 1914 in Marshall County, Alabama and is the daughter of Preston Henry Slaton and Luna (Cook) Slaton.
Nancy Rains died in 1861 and was buried in the Groveoak, Marshall County, Alabama.
John Bailey died on January 4, 1964 and was buried in the Broadway Baptist Church Cemetery.
