John Patrick (Pat) Nowlan (born 1931) is a retired Canadian parliamentarian.
Nowlan was a Progressive Conservative backbench MP sitting in the Canadian House of Commons continuously from 1965 to 1993.
In 1976, the Nova Scotia MP was an unsuccessful candidate at that year's Progressive Conservative leadership convention runnning as a right wing candidate.
