 | | Caleb Page, Samuel Patten and James Walker were appointed a committee to watch and wait, and if upon the last day of August Follansbee's mill was not in operation, the committee were directed to contract in behalf of, and at the charge of the propriety, with certain person or persons to build a mill. |
