 John TAYLOR
About the year 1480 a very unusual event happened in Barton-under-Needwood; triplet sons were born to Joan, wife of one William Taylor who was employed as a game warden in the Forest of Needwood.
There are descendants of John and Rowland Taylor alive today, although little is known of John Taylor Â’s wife and children, perhaps because in the Church of England the celibacy of the clergy was not formally abolished until 1549.
Inside, inscriptions over alternate pillars of the nave tell of John Taylor Â’s preferment's and illustrious career, between these are representations of the coat-of-arms he adopted.

 The John Taylor High School
John Taylor was the eldest of triplets born in Barton under Needwood in, or about, 1480.
Because it was Thomas Russell 's intention to provide a free school for children of all ages, and as the Drapers considered that the John Taylor High School had taken over the mantle of responsibility for Barton's older children, they visited all three schools that day.
When Mr.H.L.Smallwood, the first Headmaster, chose the name for the school a few weeks after the school opened, he picked the name of John Taylor.

John explained that one of the reasons he was able to get such dramatic results is the fact that he maintains close tolerances.
John Linebaugh did send me one of his custom.45's built on an El Dorado frame with a custom ten and one-half inch barrel and a custom oversize cylinder.
The caller was custom gunsmith John Linebaugh and he claimed 50% to 90% increase in muzzle energy over a.44 magnum in barrels of seven and one-half inches or longer, that is, 1500 to 2000 ft. lbs of energy.
