Johnnie Walker MBE (born 30 March 1945 in Birmingham, UK) is a radio disc jockey.
In October 1988, Johnnie was one of the original presenters on the new BBC local station in London BBC GLR, in a lineup which included Nick Abbot, Emma Freud, Tommy Vance and Dave Pearce and was run by future Radio 1 controller Matthew Bannister.
Johnnie shares an affinity with Clapton as they were both born on the same day, and presented a show on Radio 2 earlier in the year to celebrate the fact that they were both turning 60.

JOHNNIE WALKER, the Radio 2 presenter, was suspended by the BBC yesterday following a newspaper's allegations of drug abuse.
Walker, 55, who hosted the Drivetime and Saturday afternoon shows, is alleged to have snorted cocaine and to have offered to supply prostitutes last Monday to undercover reporters from a Sunday newspaper.
"Johnnie Walker has been suspended from his Radio 2 show pending a full BBC investigation to be led by Jenny Abramsky, BBC's director of radio," said a BBC spokesman yesterday.
