		Johnny Nash had a slew of hits during the 1970s with his reggae ditties that often made the top 10 on both sides of the Atlantic.
		The melodies are really gripping and most of the songs have a type of hypnotic effect on the listener.
		Nash’s sound reminds me a bit of Desmond Dekker, although it is more slick and polished and about as far away from roots reggae as you can get, barring Boney M’s reggae excursions.
