A joke is a short story or short series of words spoken or communicated with the intent of being laughed at or found humorous by the listener or reader.
Jokes often depend for humour on the unexpected, the mildly taboo (which can include the distasteful or socially improper), or the playing on stereotypes and other cultural myths.
A British variant of the blonde joke is the Essex girl joke, which became popular in the late 1980s, and satirizes working-class girls from the county of Essex.

They should leave their “jokes” to the comedians whose audiences are specific target groups of people who find that sort of “racist” humor amusing.

The only reason I suggested removing "the dozens" from the joke article in the first place was that the dozens is something other than just tossing off one-liners.
The fact that these jokes are more prevalent in African American communities may be because of their matriarchal family structures where single mothers are often left to raise children.

The article states that the problem is on the server and makes no mention of propogating through to a client.
I also think that technical articles should be written by the technicaly literate.
This article does not point out the fact that php installed as a CGI or helper application to your web server executes under your webservers permission settings.

I read the article and I was pleased at the possibility of the start of peace talks between Iran and the U.S. Peace between Iran and the U.S. is a major point of concern for many, many people and I feel you were out of line to joke around with such an important matter.
Sending such an article through the Iranian Bulletin is almost as bizarre as publishing the article in TIME magazine.
The article qualifies as this, but the e-mail bulletin was presented as straight news.
