  Iced Earth: Jon Schaffer
Set Abominae's story was to be the catalyst for a mammoth two album concept meant as the follow ups to their 1998 release, an intention stated in various press interviews by guitarist / lyricist Jon Schaffer at the time.
The rhythm guitar parts are especially good as Jon Schaffer is clearly from the James Hetfield (Metallica) school of rhythm guitar.
Schaffer has stated in interviews that the new album will be a double CD, and will continue the "Something Wicked" story he started on the Something Wicked This Way Comes album.

Jon: I worked with his brother, Tom, on the first three Iced Earth albums, and Tom is a good rock engineer guy (very good), but metal is not his thing.
