		Erling Martin Jonny Nilsson (born 9 February 1943) is a former speed skater from Sweden.
		Nilsson had trouble with the 500 m, which clearly showed at the World Allround Championships two weeks later – despite a 1st place on the 10,000 m and a 2nd place on the 5,000 m, he finished only 10th overall because he had finished the 500 m in 45th place.
		Nilsson was number one on the Adelskalender, the all-time allround speed skating ranking, for a total of 329 days, from February 1963 to January 1964.

		Lördagen den 19 februari genomfördes det tredje rännet under namnet Jonny Nilsson Maraton mellan Lunedet norr om Karlskoga till Filipstad.
		Genom ett fantastiskt arbete av banpersonalen kunde Jonny Nilsson Maraton genomföras under lördagen och trots det dåliga vädret vid starten i Lunedet kom 218 åkare till start vilket är det högsta antalet startande under loppets 3-åriga historia.
		Söndagen den 29 februari genomfördes det andra rännet under namnet Jonny Nilsson Maraton mellan Lunedet norr om Karlskoga till Filipstad.

		In the World Championships in Moscow he placed 2nd behind compatriot Ivar Nilsson on 5000 m, and he won 10000 m in 16.29,4 - 15 seconds ahead of Ivar Nilsson.

		With exception of Mats and Stefan there were other celebrities such as World and Olympic Chanpions Jonny Nilsson, Jonny Höglin and famous bandy and soccer stars Bernt "Bempa" Eriksson and Thomas Nordahl.
		Mats and Stefan came in as no. 58 and 59 among 150 skaters.
