Joseph Watkins of Guernsey Co, OH gives power of attorney to Stove(?) [probably Stor] Hutchinson of Harrison Co, OH, to recover estate from William Large and John K. Balderston, executors of Joseph Watkins, who was brother to Joseph's late father James Watkins.
The Hopewell Chappel Church was the scene of these baptisms.
He is not heard of again and Charles Robbins Hutchinson believes that he moved to Pa. He also mentions that a Isaac married a Phebe Ward (both of Trenton) in Chesterfield Meeting in 1740 and says that it may be the same Isaac Hutchinson.

 Virginians: The Family History of Thomas Chappell III (c.1660-c.1703)
Chappell’s son of the son of the same name quitclaimed the 100 acres that went to John Scott and the 100 acres now belonging to Scott’s daughter in July 1712. 
They were husband and wife by 1724 when John Scott left “daughter Elizabeth Chappell… what she hath already and six hundred and thirty pounds of tobacco” in his 1724-will.
Martha Binford and Mary Chappell, “daughters and coheirs of the sd Thomas Chappel” sold their right to the land to John Taylor who patented it 1 November 1754.

The Fifth Corps now marched to the North Anna River, reaching it May 24, and from that date until July 19 was often under fire — at the North Anna; Bethesda Church; and finally acted as train guard on the march to the James River.
Joseph Dempsey was wounded in the arm, and General Morrow was shot in the side.
At New Orleans the battery was armed with four three-inch steel guns, and was stationed near that place until May. It was actively engaged in the siege of Port Hudson and was stationed at that post for nearly a year after the place surrendered.
