These are all terrific performances, and it would be difficult to single out any one in particular, but if I had to, I would say "Una furtiva lagrima".
I've heard a few different performances of this aria by Joseph Schmidt (he liked to record his favorite arias more than once), and this one, for me, is by far the best.
His vocal production was perfect through even the most demanding phrases, his interpretation was beautiful, with one inspired moment after another, and even his added embellisments on one of the last runs near the close of the aria, had everything in the way of coloratura that any bel-canto lover could ever wish for.
