	Cake baker finds real good way to say thanks
		When Shelia Josey, of Rockwell, came to the emergency room of Rowan Regional Medical Center on May 16, no one was sure if she would get better.
		But with her hard work and the care of the rehabilitation staff, Josey is going home today and hopes to soon return to her cake-making job at Food Lion.
