In fact, historically, Jews who have lived under Islamic rule have lived well, with their property and rights protected by the Muslim state (note: many Muslims, myself included, do not believe that there is currently a true Islamic state anywhere in the world today).
Witness for example the fact that when the Christian armies retook Spain from the Muslims, Jews (and Muslims) who had lived together in harmony with Christians for 700 years were either killed or forced to flee for their lives (you know about the Spanish Inquisition, right?).
