As they blabbed on, Judge Judy quickly saw that the wife thought the waiter was interested in her (and my God were they swingers as well, probably swingers that never got any third party action), they ate at this restaurant once a week or something, and they offered to give the waiter $5k.
Judy said something to her to the effect of "madam when you go out to eat don't think that your waiter is interested in you, he just wants a tip" or something like that.
I like watching Judge Judy but I do agree that sometimes she is a know it all and clearly doesn't like know it alls in her courtroom.
