The Judicator Caste is a collection of Protoss tribes in the fictional StarCraft universe.
The Judicators, descended from the first tribes to join the Khala at the end of the Aeon of Strife, were selected by Khas and his students to act as leaders.
The Judicator Caste is controlled by the Judicator Assembly, which is in turn governed by a body called the Protoss Conclave.

Since the Templar are warriors and the Khalai are Technololgists and Crafters it's pretty easy to come up with skill sets for them but the Judicator is too much in the realm of non-combat to that it becomes difficult to think of any abilities they have that people from the Templar caste already have..
Individual judicators might have survived but the caste is long gone and there is no hope of reviving it.
The caste is gone, it does not mean all its members were killed off.
