According to the stories I've heard about Juli from FTW she is just about the most driven, competitive person ever, and was still so much better all-around than any of the women who succeeded her, and all the men as well.
I agree, Julie Furtado was one of the best mt bike racers I have ever seen.
Furtado was the most dominate woman and if her carreer hadn't been cut short she would have had 2-4 more years of domination.
