As is the nature of independent animation, it can hardly be expected that anybody will enjoy the works of all the artists featured in the book, but it's a nice introduction to many well known and obscure independent animators and serves as a starting point for further exploration of the independent scene.
The 12th edition of this incredible film series runs from July 22nd through August 21st, mainly at the James Bridges theatre in Melnitz Hall on the UCLA Campus.
