The average July temperature (based on the statistical mean from 1901 - 2000) is 74.3 degrees F. The July 1936 record temperature was 77.5 degrees F. The July 1934 average temperature (third highest on record) was 77.1 degrees F. The previous January - July cumulative record temperature was 54.8 degrees F (set in 1934).
In July, 51 percent of the United States, mostly in the Plains states and Southeast, was in moderate-to-extreme drought (based on the Palmer Drought Index), an increase of five percent from June.

I would not have to redraw borders and hatch to the new object, or try to discover the reason for the error and find the hidden opening in a complex object, rather I would fix the boundary and move on to the next.
I think it would be useful to have the ability to dimension and be able to chose a dimension line with a break symbol and enter the value.
IF this does not create a performance issue, then it would be nice to have even a greater issue of control, such as a hierarchy value of 1 thru 5.

People seeking to go on DSP after 1 July 2006 will receive DSP if they are assessed as being incapable of 15 hours work a week at award wages.
People applying for DSP between 11 May 2005 and 30 June 2006 will be assessed for DSP under the existing 30 hours test.
Their ongoing eligibility will be assessed in periodic reviews, usually every 2 or 5 years, against the new 15-29 hour per week at award wages test after 1 July 2006.

While the early string of intelligence failures in Israel’s invasion of Lebanon show that there was wisdom in not moveing at break-neck speed to the Litani River because of then likelihood of unpleasant surprises, there is significant worry too….
One of Israel’s biggest liabilities in this fight, and the reason I have questioned this particular approach this time, is that they have to score a massive blow against Hezbollah to achieve “victory” while all Hezbollah has to do is live to fight another day.
I think that taking out the longer range missiles and command structures of Hezbollah would be quite useful for the Israeli and US governments prior to whatever might be coming with regard to Iran.
