From 10:00 am June 11 to 10:00 am June 12, the Chinese mainland reported no new diagnosed SARS case, 67 patients recovered and 1 death.
From 10:00 am June 11 to 10:00 am June 12, the Chinese mainland also reported 108 misdiagnosed suspected cases, of which 102 were from Beijing, 2 from Guangdong, and 1 each from Tianjin, Shanxi, Anhui and Henan.
From 10:00 am May 24 to 10:00 am June 12, the Chinese mainland reported a total of 89 diagnosed SARS cases (including 14 new diagnosed cases and 75 patients who used to be suspected cases).

A total of 240 complaints were recorded in the June quarter 2002, increasing to 349 in March 2003.
The TIO also received numerous complaints related to billing, disconnection, customer service, privacy and credit control issues, but these were not categorised according to type and so could not be quantified.
The TIO’s quarterly complaint statistics released today report that a total of 16,356 complaints were lodged in the March 2003 quarter – a 3.8% increase on the December 2002 quarter.
