On November 2, 2004, voters approved a bond referendum for $40 million in general obligation bonds for Wake Tech to finance new facilities as well as improvements to existing facilities.
The 2004 bonds include funds for continued renovations at Holding Hall for which savings from the 1993 project were anticipated as part of the funding source for the new project.
The 1993 Holding Hall project is now complete and Wake Tech administration requests that the 1993 project be closed and the unexpended balance of $33,788 be transferred to the new Holding Hall project being established as part of the 2006 Capital Improvement Program.

I checked out the comments and waded through 3 comments on the milk (summary: Crazy Lefties!) 2 comments on Bush’s reelection, and then this scary tangent.
They went back to see how often a certain think tank was quoted by congress, and how often they were quoted by the media.
So, if Trent Lott cites has an ADA score of 20 and has a ratio of quoting liberal to conservative think tanks of say.20 AND say Fox News has the same liberal/conservative think tank ratio, then it has the same ADA as Trent Lott.

At some point, I fear, the political discourse of 2004 is going to seem horribly irrelevant and misplaced in the face of some loud new wretched horror; it will seem as oddly disconnected from reality as the Condit / Killer-Shark news reports of August 2001.
Third, please solicit input from others to broaden your enquiries as I have often believed, and I may be biased but I've had my beliefs confirmed by others in the know, that advertising people are the most overpaid and overrated professional workforce I have encountered.
Fourth, I firmly believe that the entire advertising industry is a huge scam operation perpetrated upon the ad buyers and the public (see the June 28, 2004 Fortune magazine feature article titled "Nightmare on Madison Avenue" for a look at the whining and backward thinking of media darling Donnie Deutsch).
