Bell Investment Advisors - Monthly Market Analysis
In case you did not receive the announcement, June 30th was a crucial day for the stock market, possibly the starting point for one of the greatest bull markets the world has ever seen—at least according to the talking heads on CNBC.
June 30th was originally intended to be the day that the United States would transfer sovereignty to the Iraqis; however, somewhat anticlimactically, Paul Bremer hightailed it out of Iraq two days early after handing the reigns to the country’s interim government in a secret ceremony on June 28th.
In this respect, June 30th proved to be a nonevent.

June 30th bottom to bring higher gold highs - Gold & Silver Forum
The correlation is not quite good enough to pinpoint the exact day of the bottom, nor should it be expected to be that good across the span of 16+ years, but it gets us in the neighborhood.
But the drop into that bottom should be much more exciting than the actual bottom date itself, since gold tends to make rounded bottoms and spike tops, which is the opposite of how the stock market behaves.
Following that June 30ish bottom, we expect the price of gold to move to a higher high than we saw in early February, fueled by easy money and growing disenchantment with the sideways action in the stock market (see pp 1-2).

In my March 6, 2006 memo, I informed districts that teachers who are not "highly qualified" by the June 30, 2006 deadline must continue to work toward achieving "highly qualified" status.

Districts should continue to provide support to individuals who still need to meet the requirements and should ensure that the schools within the district and the district as a whole continue to work toward the goal of 100% highly qualified in the 2006/2007 school year.
