Frank Lloyd Wright (June 8, 1867 – April 9, 1959) was one of the most prominent architects of the first half of the 20th century.
One of Wright's sons, Frank Lloyd Wright Jr., known as Lloyd Wright, was also a notable architect in Los Angeles.
Lloyd Wright's son, (and Wright's grandson) Eric Lloyd Wright, is currently an architect in Malibu, California.

Lloyd appeals from the decision of the district court, sitting as a court of equity, to rescind the Operating Agreement based on the its findings of unilateral mistake, constructive fraud and inequitable conduct.
The court also found Lloyd knew or should have known of their mistake at the time of the agreement and concealed from his partners his intent to resign as manager of the Sonic Drive-In until after the conversion was effected, and concluded Lloyd's silence constituted constructive fraud and inequitable conduct.
Lloyd does not dispute the parties' intent in entering into the Operating Agreement was to convert the partnership to a limited liability corporation in order to limit the parties' liabilities.

During August of 1959, the LLOYD THOMAS was given special commendation for the excellence of her assistance to the U.S.S. Wasp CVS-18 during a fire and explosion at sea.
June and July of 1963 were spent on a midshipman cruise which took the THOMAS to Bermuda and Sydney, Nova Scotia.
The USS LLOYD THOMAS DD764 was decommissioned on 12 October 1972 and transferred on that date to the Republic of China (Taiwan) Navy as RCS DANG YANG DD911.

The school, according to Lloyd, would nurture genuine prospective fast bowlers in proper technique, training regimen, mental and physical preparation and corrective measures to pre-empt and prevent the spate of problems that currently plague young West Indian fast bowlers.
According to Lloyd, who spent years in English county cricket representing Lancashire, 'A' team tours would make up for the present situation in which there is hardly a West Indian playing county cricket.
