Vance Astrovik, aka Justice, is a fictional mutant superhero in the Marvel Comics universe.
As Justice, he led the New Warriors and was eventually proposed marriage by Firestar, although they learned that her microwave-based powers had a high chance of rendering her infertile.
Justice has the power of telekinesis, which allows him to move, lift, and manipulate matter using only the power of his mind.

In February 1997, DC launched Adventures in the DC Universe, a comic book that followed in the same style writing and artwork as the Superman Adventures and the Batman and Robin Adventures comic books, this comic sometimes featured Superman, however it was cancelled in 1998.
The comic and television episodes are not part of the same continuity used in the other Superman comics.
Generally, the Superman comics published since 1986 should be purchased because you like the stories, not because you think they'll be worth a lot of money in a few years.

Comics- Crappy Comics: Justice League Europe/International #60
Marvel became blinded by the success of their X-Men cartoon and comic and made "extreme" changes to Captain America, Dardevil, the Fantastic Four and even Spider-Man. The Avengers began wearing matching jackets and stoped shaving, much like the X-men.
Originally launched in 1989 as "Justice League Europe", the book was a spin-off from DC's enormously successful "Justice League" and its blend of humor and action.
After a few year, the writers decided to expand the scope of "Justice League Europe" by including some international characters and changed to book to "Justice League International", since that name was now un-used.

Justice is a perfect example of what all comics should be.
I picked up Justice mostly due to the fact that the regular DC titles I normally get weren't very impressive.
I think too many people dismiss some of the best story tellers in the industry because their art is cartoony, I am thinking people like Darwyn Cooke and Eduardo Risso here and to a lesser extent, Ed McGuinness who's page layouts lately have been outstanding.

As regards the current conflict of interest situation between your ownership of anotheruniverse.com and Diamond Comic Distributors, I believe that we agreed that utilizing the capacities of anotheruniverse.com to aid Direct Market retailers was critical to acceptance of your purchase by members of the industry.
I stated that as comics retailers we needed Steve Geppi to either divest himself of anotheruniverse.com as quickly as possible, or to show immediate plans for creating benefit to his captive retailers resulting from his ownership of anotheruniverse.com.

The charter membership of the Justice Society consisted of the Green Lantern, the Flash, Hawkman, the Sandman, the Spectre, Dr. Fate, the Atom and Hourman, along with comedy relief Johnny Thunder and his magical Thunderbolt.
Although the series was by definition a little formulaic, with the team unfailingly meeting up at the beginning of each issue, meeting up with adversity in individual chapters, then reuniting to achieve victory in the final chapter, the stories had a surprising degree of social consciousness, championing such issues as democracy, charity, tolerance and brotherhood.

Freak Comics » Justice League of America #1
I have been looking forward with some anticipation to the new Justice League of America series and I finally had a chance to sit down and read it… and I was very disappointed.
The new JLA series actually started with a zero issue, a fairly pointless introduction to issue #1 which summed up the history of the JLA in a rather disjointed manner that would be hard for any new reader of the Justice League or anyone new to the DC universe to follow.
Justice League of America #1 starts out with Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman deciding who to add to the JLA team, which they do by sitting around a table, throwing out names and voting on that person.

This may be a necessary vehicle to drive the story, but it feels more like a lame way of writing the Big Three out of the story for the time being.
I’m not completely obsessed with these characters and don’t feel that they have to be featured throughout the issue… but it’s really boring to watch them vote on the members.
I’m going to give this issue a higher rating for story than issue #1, mainly because it was a bit more interesting… but also because I was a bit harsh with my initial assessment of the series as a whole.
