K band between 18 and 26.5 GHz is absorbed easily by water vapor (H2O resonance peak at 22.24 GHz, 1.35 cm).

MAPCOR H and K Band Glint Problems
So in the K band there are (75-12=) 70 new glints that would have appeared in an old catalog, but not in the new.
As an aside, for the 2nd K band glint, the fraction of real sources called glints which are found in the outer 1.4 mag of the 3.0 mag "allowable window" half-width can be roughly estimated.
While examining 12 "new" 2nd K band glints in the images, I found that 6 of the sources were 3-band extractions, which are thus marked as a glint only in the K band.

Josef K was a Scottish post-punk band active in the early 1980s who released singles on legendary record label Postcard Records.
The band was named after the protaganist of Franz Kafka's novel The Trial.
However, in terms of their lyrics and image Josef K were always far more downbeat and austere than the 'Juice, and were never to have Orange Juice's commercial success.

Taking the influence of bands such as Slowdive and the Cure, and mixing these with their metallic sound, the trio has created a record rich in gothic overtones and frighteningly beautiful in both composition and in stature.

The skip tool blade will not give as smooth a cut as a wider standard tooth blade but the difference is really immaterial as you will plane the work anyway.
More importantly is that with a sharp blade and the band saw set properly, you will not get the dreaded barreling.

I think what is happening is that with confusion noise, the K band source counts are not complete to K=13 near the Galactic Center, so one need to go to brighter magnitudes to get rid of the banding.
The overlap band is visible at K=13.5 and K=13, but not K=12 (although other artifacts may be present since I did not do a careful job of weeding out "bad" sources).

With their historically hysterical repertoire, one might think Relient K is a hoot to hang around.

But since the band's infancy, there has also been an upward evolution that includes tighter musicianship, increased songwriting smarts and a high-octane stage show regarded by fans at sold out shows from coast to coast.

The band's style is best epitomized on the Fig Dish-like "Sleeping Beauty," with its "doo-doo-doo" and hooky rock sound and "I Don't Mind," which sounds somewhat akin to former Archer singer Eric Bachman's solo work with Crooked Fingers.
The band shouldn't try to do the Southern rock sound on "In Love Again," despite its Too Much Joy pop feel, and the sappy love rock song like "Vanna D." is pretty poor.

Kaito U.K.: Band Red: Pitchfork Review   (Site not responding. Last check: 2007-10-08)
The result is Kaito U.K.'s sophomore effort, Band Red, a record full of disorientating (but mostly thrilling) bursts: Colk barks and warbles, each of her high-strung, shrieky proclamations practically indiscernible from Dave Lake's pinched guitar zaps.
Still, the band is at its best when indulging adrenaline: "A.S.A. to Accuracy" is the record's most aggressive track, with two vague, fuzzy guitar lines fighting for supremacy, blood splattering the amps.
What ultimately saves Band Red from been-there tedium (check the ground already covered by Liliput, Erase Errata, even Deerhoof) is Kaito U.K.'s instinctual bend toward sticky melodies-- their tendency to temper their noise with surprisingly sugary pop hooks and wormy choruses is what keeps these songs from becoming pretentious or tiresome.

Kula Shaker take their name from a 9th-century Indian King, and their debut album, K further reveals their obsession with Eastern mysticism: the band sing in Sanskrit on "Tattva" and "Govinda" is based on an ancient Indian chant.

This album is bland, like many of the one album wonders of recent years, the bands take a formula, in Crispin mills case hippy ethics, predictably some of it an "indian flavour" as a nod presumably to the beatles influences and then we have to pay the concequences.
