		I believe (haven't checked so I could be wrong here) that K9999 is also voiced by the same Japanese actor as Tetsuo, so there is more of a connection than just appearance.
		Ok this is K9999 background story, he is an off shoot of the Kyo cloning project by Nest Cartel in King of Fighters 1999 kinda like K'Prime and Krizalid.

		As far as I know, the Nest Saga was finished in 2001 (2002 of course was a 'dream match'), so sorry, no K9999 or Kula, though they should have been.
		Well by far k9999 and k' are my fave and in the 99 manual it says his name is k-prime hence my name.
		And sadly, Kula and K9999 or any of the Nests cartel didn't make it to KOF 2003.
