		The way the KJV Bible came to be under the proposition of John Reynolds.
		One reason was the “back to the Bible” movement trying to recapture the true meaning of scripture as a result of the Reformation, and the King desired to ride that soap box as a way to “identify with the people” as best he could.
		In saying all of this, I must emphatically assert that the KJV bible is an excellent translation since it is simply a recompilation of the Geneva Bible and the Bishops Bible.

		The KJV reading is identical to the NASB although both indicate in the margin that the verse is missing in most Greek manuscripts.
		They reason as thus: "The Bible says Egypt is a type of the world; the world is associated with sin; therefore, it must logically follow that Alexandrian manuscripts are evil." This is certainly a "case study" in one of the best examples of "guilt by association" ever imagined.
