This is not very surprising, especially when you know that (just one example), at KLM headquarters, to get a new pencil you had to hand over the stump of the old one.

Whilst overall I think KLM gives as good a service as many other airlines the least enjoyable aspect of the flight was undoubtedly the food which was by the far the worst I have ever experienced on any airline, short or long haul.
KLM download timetable said return flight from Cairo Terminal 2, in reality they have moved to terminal 1 to be with AF.
I have long been a supporter of KLM (hence the PE status), but have recently moved to a competitor airline which services the same routes and although slightly more expensive, doesn't try to hide behind the small print and excuses which appears to be the theme at KLM at the moment.
