I asked about "next spring" and she clarified the time period as spring of 2003.
The antenna is on top of a very short tower, rather than anywhere on the big tower.

No seperate ID heard, it appears they use the Talk America list of stations on the hour as their ID. This station is apparently sharing the WBPS (890) towers at Ashland, MA.
Antenna array being used is 5 towers and must point right at Boston because signal a few miles away at my home on Headphone radio is real bad.
For that matter, I was fun to hear TA's on all the even TA frequencies, not just 1530 and 720 as at home.
