FBI spokeswoman Debbie Weierman said the driver, Ronald Coy, 42, of Middleton, Ohio, was unharmed and the truck and dummy missiles were all found intact.
KSAT television reported that Coy was arrested in Orange, Texas, and the truck was found about 350 miles away in Ranger, Texas.
The truck began its journey in Georgia and was last seen heading in the wrong direction about 500 miles from its destination.

DALLAS (AP) - A tractor trailer that vanished while carrying four dummy Air Force missiles to New Mexico was found today, and the truck driver was arrested more than 300 miles away, the FBI said.
FBI special agent Darren Holmes in San Antonio told KSAT television that the driver was arrested in Orange and would be charged with theft of an interstate shipment and theft of government property.
He gave no details, but authorities said earlier that they were seeking an Ohio man.

SAN ANTONIO -- Police who were searching for drugs at a Texas middle school with canines found marijuana, but it didn't belong to a student, San Antonio television station KSAT reported.
During a routine parking lot drug sweep, police found the drug in the car of teacher Samuel Flores, 27.
Flores was suspended by the South Side School District in San Antonio while authorities investigate the findings.
