Kach was a far-right political party in Israel founded by Rabbi Meir Kahane.
The second was the establishment of a Jewish theocracy inside the borders of Eretz Yisrael (the biblical land of Israel).
Kach candidates ran for seats in the Knesset in 1973, only three years after Kahane's arrival to Israel.

The stated goal of Kach and its offshoot Kahane Chai, which means "Kahane Lives," (founded by Meir Kahane's son Binyamin following his father's assassination in the United States), is to restore the biblical state of Israel.
The Kach movement first sought election to the Knesset in 1973, but received only about 13,000 votes, which were not enough to win a seat.
Kach appealed to the High Court of Justice, and its appeal was upheld.

Both appealed to the Supreme Court, which upheld the disqualification of Kach due to racism, but reversed the disqualification of the Progressive List (it should be noted that the elections committee also disqualified Kach before 1984, but then the Supreme court reversed its decision).
Presumably, most of Kach's electorate moved to other parties such as Rehavam Zeevi's Moledet movement and 's Tehiya Party.
