		KAGISO Media, together with Makana Investment Corporation and Tiso Radio, yesterday announced the acquisition of stakes in Gauteng-based radio stations Kaya FM, P4 Cape Town and P4 Durban.
		Kagiso CE Roger Jardine said yesterday the group had paid R30m for its part in the transaction.
		He said while Kagiso was a minority shareholder and would not control the newly acquired P4s, he was excited that the stations’ advertising would be sold by RadMark, its radio airtime sales house.
