His head is almost a pefect rounded look that gives it the perfect balance to his body build.He looks like a monk with the dots on his head but he also has a menacing stache which looks like a typical japanese man of that time.
The teeth are of a pearly white color even though Kaijinbo doesn't look like the type of person that has the best of hygene skills.His skin is fairly dark but not too dark so i would call it a dark tan.
