  Kaleb Toth - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Kaleb Toth (born August 8, 1977 in Calgary, Alberta) is a forward for the Calgary Roughnecks, a team which plays in the National Lacrosse League (NLL).
Toth was the second overall draft pick in the 1999 NLL draft by the Toronto Rock and played with them for two seasons.
Toth has also played hockey in the WHL (Prince Albert Raiders, Moose Jaw Warriors and Lethbridge Hurricanes) and ECHL (Baton Rouge Kingfish and Chesapeake Icebreakers).

Toth, who had notched 163 NLL goals heading into the game, was dared by a local morning radio man to hold up a sign for that station if he scored last night and, in return, Toth would get a cheque he could donate to a charity of his choice.
Snakebitten for the first half, Toth finally bulged the twine in the third quarter and made for the bench right away, grabbed the sign and held it up for the crowd and the Jumbotron.
Toth said the chance to do something worthy like that makes scoring a NLL goal that much sweeter.

 Toth and the 'Necks will play Gait and the Power tomorrow in Washington with Toth looking to break out of his slump and at the same time help the 'Necks snap a four-game losing streak.

After a Mammoth goal was disallowed for a crease violation on the ensuing possession, Toth beat the buzzer with a behind-the-back goal that put the Roughnecks up 4-1 heading into the second quarter.

The Roughnecks have coveted Toth since the franchise was created this spring, trade rumors involving the Calgary native have been swirling, reports of a finalized deal have be coming for almost two weeks, and the two teams all but announced the trade late last week.
In just two season, the 23-year-old Toth has become an offensive force, recording 23 goals and 22 assists in fourteen games for the Rock this past season.
