Vijaya Kalinga Singai Aryan was the founder of the Royal Line of Arya Chakravarti Dynasty of the Kings of Jaffna.
The Arya title is to be based on the claim of this line of Kings that they descended from two Brahmins appointed by Sri Rama on his sojourn in Rameswaram after his encounters in Ceylon and the establishment of the Rameswaram Temple.
