		Kampala is the capital city of Uganda, which is located on latitude 0 degrees 19'N, Longitude 32degrees 35 E.It covers area of 189 square Km.
		Kampala District is almost entirely surrounded by Mpigi and Wakiso District save for Lake Victoria, which forms its border in the south.
		Kampala rapid development is inspired by a strategic 4 point (re-organization, restoration, rehabilitation and re-development) modernization programme, which is also the centrepiece of Uganda's national economic recovery programme.

		Wakiso district is one of the new districts that were created by an Act of Parliament in November 2000.
		Wakiso is found in the central region of the country, bordering with the districts of Luwero and Nakaseke in the north, Mukono and Kampala in the east, Mpigi and Mityana in the west, and Kalangala lying in Lake Victoria to the south.
		It is the second-most populated district in Uganda with a total population of 957,280 people (2002 census).

	Measles
		Mbarara district has started a crusade against measles, which is now a threat in the district, with over 1,000 cases and ten deaths since the beginning of this year.
