Kappa Delta Rho | Carnegie Mellon University Delta Mu's petition was considered, and a visit by members of the Zeta Chapter at Pennsylvania State College led to an endorsement by that chapter. Delta Mu's petition was approved, and received a charter as the 19th, or Tau Chapter, in a ceremony on May 16, 1930.
