	Kappei Yamaguchi - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
		Kappei Yamaguchi (山口勝平 Yamaguchi Kappei, born May 23, 1965) is a widely popular Japanese voice actor (seiyū), who has voiced characters in anime, audio dramas, and video games.
		Yamaguchi is most famous for his roles of InuYasha and Ranma (both from the mangaka Rumiko Takahashi) and Shinichi Kudo of Detective Conan (Case Closed), but also provided the voice for Kyle Broflovski in the Japanese dub of the hit American TV comedy, South Park.
		Yamaguchi has starred in several projects direcly opposite Takehito Koyasu; either as couples or related paired characters, with Yamaguchi playing the younger role.

		Kappei Yamaguchi as L, has also had a lot of huge roles since the early 90s best known in my opinion as Inu-Yasha and Ranma.
		Kappei is one of my favorite voice actors, and he does an amazing job at every role he does.
		I think Kappei Yamaguchi will be perfect as L. Originally there was a rumor that Paku Romi would be L and although I adore her as well I think Kappei is a much better fit.

		Tenma's voice was cute, but he was one of those very one-dimensional minor characters, and therefore I didn't get to hear much in the way of actual acting.
		When I heard Yamaguchi do Ranma's voice (he used a deeper, more "manly"/non-cute voice for Ranma, totally unlike Tenma's), I was impressed by his acting, if not by the series itself or the character he was playing.
		I have to admit that Yamaguchi is a seiyuu whom I like for his acting in one role alone.

		Ryuichi's seiyuu is Yamaguchi Kappei, one of my personal favorite seiyuu.
		XDD I have not heard him in any of his other roles except for Shesta, whom I loved.^_^ His Shesta voice is a bit harder to distinguish, since Shesta's a far more serious person than Ryuichi, and he's a high-tech assassion, being one of the 15 elite Dragon Slayer pilots.
		XD It's known that Ryuichi's singing voice in the anime is not Kappei, but the newest Nittle Grasper song from the Gravitation Sound Story III, called Predilection, is indeed sung by Kappei himself.
