I concur with KPS that this was a Pakhand Karaj from Gurmat Maryada point of view.
My intent was not to ridicule the Anand Karaj - but the Anand Karaj is only such a ceremony when it is two Gursikhs being wedded in commitment to the Guru.
i know enuff hindus who do anand karaj, god knows what the reason is it mite not be what i stated, but it mite not be a plot either.

I believe that the sacred ceremony of Anand Karaj should be treated with greater respect as one of the ‘main’ four sacred ceremonies of Sikhism.
