  NTUA - Map & Transportation
For NTUA get off the bus at the '8th of Zografou' stop and walk to the "upper" gate of the campus, which is the one at Iroon Polytechneiou 9, near the Lambadario building (Rural and Survey Engineering).
There is also the bus line (number) 140 for Polygono (Glyfada) which leaves from the Evelpidon Court of Law, and stops near the "lower" gate of the campus, on the cross of Katehaki Av.
In the third case, you must keep in mind that cars (taxis or private) can enter the campus only through the entrance near Katehaki Avenue (see Campus Map).

 Athens 21st Century - Katehaki Pedestrian Bridge
It has been built close to the metro station with the same name (line 3).
It is a pedestrian bridge which makes it easier for the underground users to cross Mesogion Avenue as Katehaki station is the only one in the Athens that doesn’t have exits on both sides of the road, because there was already an underpass which prevented another exit from being built.
The bridge is made of steel and is formed by a main curved pillar 50 metres high, from which 14 thick steel cables hang down to sustain the 94 metre walkway, suspended over the avenue.

A massive tailback was caused on Marathonos Avenue in northeast Athens when the Stavros bridge at Agia Paraskevi was closed after 9:00 am due to the icy conditions and because the contraction of the concrete had caused large gaps in the bridge's surface.
Earlier in the day, both directions of Katehaki Avenue had been closed to traffic between the Pindos Street junction to Ilioupolis due to the icy conditions, as were roads from the square of Palea Pendeli to Nea Makri and from Dionysos to Nea Makri.
Katehaki Avenue was reopened later in the day after the road surface was strewn with salt.

The nearest metro station (2Km) is Katehaki (Κατεχάκη) on line 3 (Blue line: Monastiraki - Doukissis Plakentias - Airport).
You may walk to NTUA campus and the Library using this map or you may choose Bus 242.

For KATEHAKI metro station you can also take the train from the airport.
If you decide to take a TAXI from the airport to NTUA Campus this should cost at the average 25 €, and depending on the time will take from 2 hours (peak hours early in the morning and at the evening) to 45 minutes (maybe at midnight).
