		Hard to explain the exact place to get on it, but it is on Sai Sha Road at the end of Section 3 of the MacLehose Trail (it is indicated on the map by a trail along the catchwater branching off the mail trail).
		The main advantages this run has is that it is actually through a real rather than a concrete jungle, and the in-line skating crowd can't use it!
		The best way to do this is to change at Shing Mun Valley Sports Ground (Tai Wo Hau MTR) and run up to the dam along the Shing Mun access road.
