On the town development proposal presented by the city of Setagaya, the plot is to remove the land elevation to construct bridge piers and divert the land to road.
The construction of the road is associated with the construction of underground Odakyu line, and would be completed on 2013 or after.

Inokashira Park (井の頭公園 Inokashira Kōen) is a park located in the cities of Musashino and Mitaka in Tokyo, Japan.
Inokashira pond (井の頭池) and the Kanda water supply (神田上水, Kanda Jōsui), which were established during the Edo period, were the primary sources of the Kanda water supply.
The park later opened under the name Inokashira Onshi Kōen (井の頭恩賜公園) on May 1, 1918, which can be translated as, "Inokashira Imperial Gift Park." Thus, the park was considered a gift from the Japanese emperor to the general public.

The Keio 6000 is my favorite train for some reason (well, I did used to take it to school every day).
Two, for the most part no Keio lines really run adjacent to any major JR lines, so it's not a natural fit (compared, to say, Keikyu) to those who are modeling some JR-infested area anyway.
The closest that Keio has to "sexy" trains are the colorful trains of the Keio Inokashira line.
