The Toden Arakawa Line (都電荒川線) is a streetcar line in Tokyo, Japan.
The line is fully double-track, and draws 600 V electrical supply.
Unlike the so-called surface train lines, which are actually elevated and whisk passengers over neighborhoods quickly, the Arakawa line allows riders to have leisurely, street-level views of older sections of Tokyo that differ dramatically from the busy and increasingly high-rise neighborhoods like Shibuya, Shinjuku, and Ikebukuro.

The Eidan Ginza Line (営団銀座線) is a metro line in Tokyo, Japan, administered by the Teito Rapid Transit Authority.

The Keisei train line is definitely the best choice to get there, the most affordable and certainly fast enough even if you don't get the Skyliner which is a bit more costly.
(Keise Line is on the left side of the track while the JR is on the right.) The treat to the city of Narita is a wonderful experience not to be missed and a big plus for the otherwise remote airport.
It is frustrating to stand in line for ages in front of ten checkpoints when only two or three are open.
