		Define a cluster of Keith numbers as a set of two or more (all with the same number of digits) in which all the numbers are integer multiples of the smallest one in the set.
		I have an unpublished manuscript by Kenneth Fan that details how to construct all Keith numbers (of which there are an infinite number) in base 2; so, in effect, the problem is solved for the binary case.
