Coogan is fighting a very typical battle with the inevitable hardships of fame, and that if any producers are considering production of a wacky Babysitter movie, to "please, please, for the love of God, let Keith star as the bumbling, ill-tempered teen who helps save the day in the end."
Despite Coogan's confidence in his Babysitter Movie popularity, the actor was not offered roles in "The Babysitter" (1995), or TV Movie "My Life as a Babysitter" (1990).
LOS ANGELES - In efforts to reestablish his name in Hollywood, 32 year old actor Keith Coogan has taken to desperate pleas with his agent to find him a starring role in another wacky Babysitter film, sources reported Monday.

 China O'Brien
Keith Cooke, who was heavily promoted as one of the "hot" new action stars (there is a sizable segment in the documentary The Deadliest Art -- perhaps not coincidentally produced by Fred Weintraub -- dedicated to him) never found much success in films, though he still finds work from time to time.
Along the way, she meets up with her old boyfriend (Richard Norton) and a mysterious Native American named Dakota (groan -- anyway, he's played by Keith Cooke), who, even though he goes around wearing a really bad-looking Evil Dead 2-type fake stump hand, manages to kick a lot of ass on the local rednecks.
The movie, not suprisingly, bombed at the box office, but found an audience on home video and cable TV, which inspired a sequel that was quickly thrown into production and released the next year.

Between the right edge of the streetcar and the left edge of the RKO Keith is the entrance and one window width of Jahn's famous ice cream parlor, still open as of April 3, 2004.
What is so strange about the RKO Keiths, or at least when I first went in there in the early 80's for a flea market was that, especially back then, it's as if time had stood still, and you walked into the Twilight ZOne.
I think the theater should be identified here as the RKO Keith's in Richmond Hill, since that is how residents remember it, and mostly because anyone walking by today would see the grand original marquee proudly displaying "RKO Keith's."Granted it could cause confusion with its better known cousin in Flushing.

Ziggy's Video Realm: David Keith in Epoch (2000)
The cast for Epoch is excellent for a genre flick of this budget; David Keith (Sabretooth) is particularly good in his role as Mason, as is Stephanie Niznik (Spiders II: Breeding Ground) as the NSA Science Advisor.
Epoch is the sort of movie that a studio like United Film Organization was born to excel at; a lofty science fiction concept movie that can be put on a level playing field with the big boys thanks to modern computer effects technology of the sort that UFO really does well with.
Genre favorite Brian Thompson (The Order) also gets in a surprisingly good turn as Captain Tower, and face watchers can also be on the lookout for Ryan O’Neal (The List) and James Hong (Blade Runner) as well.

The "Keith-Albee-Orpheum" chain of movie and vaudeville house was willing to merge, and thus was born in October of 1928 the "Radio-Keith-Orpheum Corporation", or R.K.O. for short.
The movie was inspired by a short story called "Farewell to the Master" by Harry Bates (1940) which has little in common with the movie, other than having a flying saucer piloted by aliens named Klaatu and Gort land in Washington DC, but is just as a thought provoking story as the film is.
Among the other movies made by R.K.O. were Orson Welles ' Citizen Kane, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (before Walt left to start his own studio), Hitchcock 's Notorious, and vaudeville-stripper-turned-actress Lili St. Cyr 's finest hour: Son of Sinbad (1955).
