Kender were immune to fear in general iirc, due to their cheerful nature.
Ideally, that would mean all kender are immune to the scout roar, but that's a bit of a huge change if you're considering mobs as well as players, since it requires that all kender mobs are set as race_kender.
And really it has very little to do with kenders either, the point I was trying to make was that ROAR bestows FEAR as an affect to characters that are afflicted by it, and if kenders were immune_fear then roar is broken and needs to be fixed.

IMO, an average kender on Mechanus is going to break some law in the first 30 seconds, get caught while doing so in the first 30 minuts, and get executed within the first 30 hours.
Though I would say that kender's lifespan wouldn't last much longer on mechanus, seeing as how said kender would most likely do something wrong in a short amount of time the enevitables(sp?) would be after them in a short while.
But anyways, I'd say the kenders lifespan on mechanus would be about as long as a cherry red 66 vette's lifespan would be sitting on 175th and amsterdam in New York City.

I believe kender were never stupid, actually easily as intelligent as humans (simple friendly people..
The way the kender skills are done is that they give boosts to thief abilities only - The heavy penalty is that he can barely use natural magics due to poor magica pool, is a poor fighter due to his low strength and endurance too.
With that in mind, that kenders can't use magic anyway except magical enchanted items and potions just like in Dragonlance, I ammended it all once last final time.
